613 Avenue create

Hello Everybody!

There is a new fun challenge up over at 613 Avenue create and as always its an anything goes challenge, but this month twist is give thanks.

I chose to go with anything goes.

For the first time I have colored a big image A4, and its a bit scary because it feels like every little mistake shows? but yeah! we are here for the fun and for the play, and while we play we may even learn new things, and for me its also a kind of therapy and to get my mind of every thing else going on in my life and the world.

Here's my image that I have colored with my copies. I don't really remember where she is from, cause it was such a long time since I printed her out.

I also have made a canvas....

some of the things I used on the canvas is....a layer of gesso, then different green/blue acrylics. Then I used some stencils with molding paste. I Used sprays and metallic acrylic and a lot of gold spray.

Im thinking about putting her on the canvas and decorate, but im not sure yet, so i had to step back for a while, so we will see what I decide to do. I have kind of an idea in my head, but yeah! we will see?

A perfect time to craft / unicorns

Hello Everybody!

Well I think that the fall has arrived since Iv made my last post.

The challenge over at A perfect time to craft is in full swing and for this layout I used a few cute unicorns from a set from Anne Constantly carding 

The outcome didn't look the same in my head, but oh, does it ever, lol.

I started with a craft background and put some white gesso on it. I used some molding paste with a rhombus ( I think that is what the triangular shape is called?) stencil and after it dryed I dropped some pink and blue watercolor on it. I cut out some square and triangular shapes and a few other patterned papers I thought went well with the color scheme.

A lot of fussy cutting....

A perfect time to craft/Dangel

Hello everybody!

Its time for a new challenge over at A perfect time to craft!

For this month project I chose a beautiful set from crafts you print called floral roses.

I have been watching you tube a lot and saw these pearl dangels and decided to try.

Never done that before and it looked like fun! But I realized that I don't have the right tools, my nails wasn't too nice after opening and closing al this little rings, lol.

Anyways, this is how it turned out.

 

I also made a bracelet with white pearls and a heart charm.

I took two of the purple roses and made charms of them and put them on the dangle.

It was a fun little project to do, but next time I vill get me the right tools so that I can keep my fingernails whole, lol.

613 avenue create/mini album

Good morning!

Hope you are al having a wonderful Sunday! Here in Sweden its really windy and cold, kinda feels like fall is already here, lets hope that that's not the case. well its the perfect weather to clean the pool and lawn the grass.

The first Sunday of the month means a new challenge up over at 613 avenue create, yay!

As always its anything goes but with the twist Floral delight.

Our sponsor for this month is sheep ski designs and I have used this beautiful flower

I decided to do a little mini album and I am gonna put in some of my nature photos from around my home.

I did a little mixed media album

I used different kind of stencils on every page. Stamps, sprays, paints, chipboard, and other stuff that I thought would go well with the album.

on the first page I did a little shaker window with the chipboard heart

On the back is where im gonna ad my photos from around my home.

That was a lot of photos, lol!

A perfect time to craft

Hello everybody!

I can't believe we are already in the month of July. 

We have had a few really hot days here in Sweden, about 30c, and that's a bit too hot for me. Now its raining and its kinda cold outside. The weather man is saying that this rainy and cold wether will last for at least 10 more days, but when it rains what do we do? Well, we craft of course! lol!

Today we have a new challenge up over at A perfect time to craft.

Our sponsors for this month is Conie Fong and I have used this sweet little girl from a set called summer dreams.

I colored the sweet little girl with my copics. (in candel light because the power went off, lol) For the background of the card I used a text stencil with some modeling paste.

Then I sprayed some water on the card and used two different purple Lindys sprays on it.

I die cut a frame and on that frame I used the same two Lindys sprays. 

I found these white lace flowers and I did the same with them, some purple Lindys sprays and a white pearl in the middle of the flower.

Some more flowers, leaves, pearls and other things I found in my stash, like the beautiful bridge.

613 Avenue Create

Hello everybody!

So happy that you are stopping by!

We have a new challenge up over at 613 Avenue Create. The challenge is as always anything goes but this month twist is "for the guys".

I went with "anything goes" this time, and this is what I made:

I have been on the monthly coloring class over at kit and clowder for a while now and I just love everything Alyce are teaching us. Im learning so much and most of al I think its fun learning different techniques every month. I am using my copics.

Here is a pic when I am half way threw the coloring...

 I think I am gonna leave this little mushroom as is?

Its bigger than the images I usually put on cards, so I am thinking about maybe framing it and  color up some more images to hang up on the wall with the mushroom.

This mushroom reminds me of fall, so maybe color up summer, spring and winter images then it will be al four seasons hanging on the wall.

Well its still just an idea I have, well see?

Anyways now im babbling on here.

A perfect time to craft

Hello everybody!

Hope you are having a wonderful day. I have been outside in the sun but it got kinda too hot. It's 26 Celsius here in Sweden today. I think we have to open up the pool now.

Today we have a new challenge up over at a perfect time to craft. 

I have used annes Fresh foliage patterned paper. 

I decided to make a layout with our cat Olga. She's sitting on the table smelling the tulips, lol.

The first thing I did was cover the paper with white gesso, since I knew I wanted to do some mixed media on the background. I sprayed some Lindys sprays and then I used a text stencil with some heavy paste.

I fussy cut some flowers and also fussy cut some leaves from annes fresh foliage patterned papers. I used some sticker flowers that I glued to some heavier paper and cut them out, that way they become like card stock flowers and I can move them around before I make up my mind, and I promise you, they were moving around a lot.

I also used some chip boards, a little tag behind one of the photos, I love the gold foliage that's on the chipboards and card stock embellishments. I used some black text strips that went well with Olga the black cat, and then I splattered some black paint on it. The last thing I did was I wrote a little about the pics.
